WHAT IS PH PATCH?
I'm sharing the PH Patch I prepared for those who love the gameplay of PES 2021 and want updated teams, new kits, and more content for the Turkish leagues!
Throughout the project, we didn't just change the visuals. I also worked on the database, rosters, player ratings, kits, faces, chants, and menus. I adapted various content originally created for PC/Sider to the PS4 game architecture and compiled them into an update that ran via CPK packages.
This package is a community patch based on PES 2021. It does not require a PC or Sider to use.
And most importantly, its size is only 25 GB, unlike other patches.
LEAGUES, TEAMS AND DATABASE
League, team, and player database updated with PesMaster references.
Transfers and team rosters updated according to the reference period.
The game includes Trendyol 1st League and a league with 20 teams.
Names, logos, and images created for unlicensed leagues and teams.
Team and league logos have been updated; higher quality visuals are being used, to the extent that available resources allow.
Player jersey numbers, starting eleven selections, and formation adjustments have been made.
How were player strengths adjusted?
The base player values in PES Master were used as a reference, without any development applied. These values were adapted to PES 2021's attribute system to rebalance player strengths. Because the calculation systems of the two games are different, the overall strength values displayed in some positions may show slight differences.
But I assure you it's an objective patch, full of adjustments completely free from personal judgment (because I would have given Messi a rating of at least 109, not 87
).
JERSEYS AND PLAYER IMAGES
Extensive kit content matched to teams in our database.
Team kits that replace the default blue kits seen on unlicensed teams.
Trendyol has added jersey sets for the Turkish First League, designed according to team colors.
Adapting IDs and file links in content with different team IDs.
Corrections to the placement of player names that conflicted with sponsor names on the jerseys of some teams or specific players.
Corrections to the position of shorts numbers in the relevant kit sets.
All the face packs and other actor faces and mini-faces I could find online and from other sources.
Exceptional custom face packs that are not specifically included in the game or in patch packs (e.g., İlhan Fakılı - Yunus Akgün - Barış Alper - Rıdvan Yılmaz)
Some kit sets are not exact replicas of the season's jerseys, but rather designs that match the team's colors. Not every player has a unique face.

DÜZELTMELER VE SON SÜRÜM
Kayıt oluşturma sorununa neden olan kayıt simgesi uyumsuzlukları giderildi.
CPK dosya sıralaması ve içerik öncelikleri düzenlendi.
Forma ve tezahürat içeriklerinin oyunda yüklenmesini engelleyen bağlantılar düzeltildi.
Aynı isimli farklı futbolcuların tek oyuncu kaydında birleştiği eşleştirmeler ayrıldı.
Aynı oyuncunun birden fazla kulübe bağlı kaldığı eski kadro bağlantıları temizlendi.
Yeni eklenen bazı takımların teknik direktör kimlik çakışmaları giderildi.
When necessary, the squads were supplemented with substitute players to reach a minimum of 18 players.
In version 01.39, the game's startup gameplay and entering/exiting Edit Mode were tested and verified on the console.
Performance note: I'm not offering this package with a guarantee of unlimited or stable FPS (don't let this confuse you, you'll probably get a stable 60+ FPS, but there can be very brief drops, in milliseconds, right after some corners and set pieces (based on my own experience, this millisecond lag is less and faster than both Bitboxpatch and Monsterpatch, so it actually performs better than these large and well-established (also 50+ GB) patches on the market)).
PROMOTIONAL VIDEO
For installation, if you're using the old-fashioned method of transferring files to a disc and installing from there, make sure the pkg file isn't physically moved or tampered with on the disc in any way that could cause an error. Also, to simplify the download process, I've separated the downloads with a ---. If you downloaded Hako's basegame, download the patch ported to that version, which is located directly below it. If you downloaded any basegame from the first two links, the third link below it is the same file and the same patch; just download one of them. So, it's either before or after the line, but both the game and the patch must be in the same location. If it's below the line, both the patch and the game must be there. Anyway, this has become quite confusing. Also, if anyone is wondering what to do besides inserting a disc into the console and downloading, there are etaHen or external PKG Installer applications available for both PS4 and PS5. You can connect from your PC and install it. I'm leaving an example video for installation.

INSTALLATION AND COMPATIBILITY
Check the game ID of your PES 2021 main game: CUSA18740 .
Once the main game is installed, install the PH Patch update PKG.
You can open and play the game.
Select the Turkish commentator from the relevant voice/language settings within the game; it's added as an EXTRA option in the menu, not on top of the English option.
This is a package update PKG; it requires the base game. It is not intended for direct installation on versions with other CUSA IDs. It is recommended to back up your existing save files before updating.
Tests conducted on PS5 and PS4 Pro consoles have confirmed that the game launches and plays smoothly. Results may vary depending on the device, system software, and installation environment. (We will continue to patch the game based on your feedback.)
